How SignedVault Works
We run on a pre-order model — no speculative inventory, no mystery about authenticity. Here's every step from your order to your door.
We Announce the Signing
A private session with a confirmed talent is announced. You see who is signing, what items are eligible, and the estimated final price before paying anything.
You Submit Your Pre-Order
Lock in your spot with a 50% deposit. Send your item or select from our in-stock options. Your deposit funds the signing — we don't commit until the threshold is met.
Private Signing Happens
Items are brought to the talent for a private signing session. We photograph everything. No TTM signatures, no forged autos — witnessed in person only.
Third-Party Authentication
Every signed item is authenticated by a recognized third-party service — BAS, JSA, PSA, or equivalent. You receive a certified COA with a verifiable certificate number before we ship.
Delivered to Your Door
Your authenticated piece ships insured with tracking and photo documentation. Pay the remaining balance on delivery. Done.
